This area is max-level only, and it’s where partyhat legends are made.

• Requires Full Insidious set to enter
• Slay minions to farm Partyhat Tokens.
• Use 100 tokens to summon one of 6 Partyhat Bosses.
• Each boss has a 1/2.5k chance to drop its colored partyhat.
• Combine all 6 to create the Rainbow Partyhat (top-tier stats).
